Terms of Service
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the hosted PhysicsBase service at https://www.physicsbase.ai (the "Service"), run by PhysicsBase ("we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting an agent, you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you're allowed to.
1. What the Service does
PhysicsBase gives the AI agents you run their own identities. It issues short-lived tokens under policies you set, stores credentials for third-party APIs in an encrypted vault, makes API calls for your agents through that vault, enforces limits, keeps an activity log and sends alerts.
2. Price and plan limits
The Service is free. The free plan includes every feature and up to 25 active agents and 100,000 requests per organisation per calendar month. When a limit is reached, new agents can't register or requests are refused until the next month, and owners get an alert. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before introducing paid plans or lowering these limits. We will never charge you without your explicit agreement.
3. Your account and your organisation
- Keep your email account, passkeys and enrollment keys secure. Anything done with them is treated as done by you.
- Owners and admins of an organisation control its agents, keys, connections and members. You're responsible for whom you invite and the roles you give them.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
4. Your agents and your credentials
- You are responsible for what your agents do, including actions they take through the vault and actions caused by prompt injection or bugs. PhysicsBase enforces the policies you set. It does not judge whether an allowed action is wise.
- Only store credentials you're authorised to use, for APIs whose terms allow automated access. Prefer restricted keys that can do only what your agents need.
- Only call APIs and sites through PhysicsBase that you're permitted to access. Brokered requests are signed as coming from this Service, so sites can see who sent them.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights;
- gain unauthorised access to any system, scrape sites against their terms, evade their rate limits, or send spam;
- attack, probe or overload the Service or other users, or mass-register agents to get around plan limits;
- store credentials or data that belong to someone who hasn't allowed it.
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put the Service or others at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
6. Your data
Your organisation's data stays yours. We use it only to run the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time (Team → Export), and delete an organisation or your account from the dashboard.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it's an early-stage service and comes with no uptime guarantee. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut the hosted Service down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
8. Security reports
If you find a vulnerability, email support@physicsbase.ai. Please don't access other users' data, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. That includes actions taken by your agents. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.
11. Ending
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. These terms continue to apply to use before that. Sections 4, 9, 10 and 12 survive.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to these terms
We'll post changes here and update the date above. For material changes, we'll email account owners at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
